Introduction to CMC Products
Currently, there are four processing methods for thermal vaporization: 
Quick-drying water-resistant type, transfer rate 65%, low weight (5 grams of coating), 28 grams to 35 grams, meeting industrial printing speed requirements. The cost of the dry-free coating is 7,000 yuan per ton. 
2. The transfer rate is 95%. For the 65 grams or larger specification, the cost of the dry coating is 9,500 yuan per ton. 
3. Quick-drying type, but not water-resistant. Transfer rate is 65%. Coating weight is 5 grams. 40 grams to 55 grams. This coating has water resistance and moisture-proof features. The cost of absolute dryness is 8,000 yuan per ton. 
4. A transfer rate of over 85%, with a coating weight of approximately 3 grams, and a dry weight cost of around 9,000 yuan per ton.

Packaging method: 25kg kraft paper bag or 25kg woven bag, with some products using multi-layer composite materials for enhanced moisture-proof performance.
Transportation Precautions: During transportation, avoid exposure to rain, direct sunlight, and high-temperature environments. Use weatherproof and moisture-resistant transport equipment. When loading and unloading, strictly prohibit the use of sharp tools such as iron hooks to prevent damage to the packaging.
Storage conditions: The product should be stored in a clean, ventilated, and dry warehouse with relative humidity maintained at a low level to prevent direct contact with water, which could cause gelation or dissolution.

Special CMC production process: Cellulose is pre-treated and ground into a flocculent state. Alcohol and liquid alkali are pre-mixed and cooled. The mixture of alcohol and liquid alkali is added to the ground flocculent cellulose. Under a certain temperature, alkalization and viscosity reduction are carried out. Then, an etherifying agent is added for etherification. After the etherification reaction is completed, a viscosity-reducing agent is added. Subsequently, neutralization, washing, centrifugation, granulation, and finally drying are performed to obtain low-viscosity sodium carboxymethyl cellulose for use in heat transfer transfer paper.
ZD-CMC6 has a substitution degree D.S of 0.85. The viscosity of the four-coat coating is 30 seconds (6.8% solution), and the purity is above 95.11%. The CMC solution is clear, without free fibers, and no gel particles. It is particularly suitable for use in heat transfer transfer paper.
